School Life
For all students school begins at 08.30. The finishing time for students is 14.40 after which there are After School Electives for one or two hours. Students arrive at the school after 08.15, which is the time that supervision begins. At the end of the day, students generally either take one of the school buses home or are collected by their parents. There are bus runs at 14.40, 15.40 and 16.40.
Transport
Pupils may travel to and from school using school buses. The School has an annual contract with the bus company, ensuring high safety standards and care of the students. The number of buses and their routes are dependent upon the parents wishing to use them. The fares are invoiced directly to parents.
LunchesLunches are prepared and cooked to a high standard by highly trained staff. The meals consist of two main meals, dessert, rolls and side options being designed to appeal to young tastes and yet still provide a balanced and nutritional meal. Parents can choose if they wish for their children to take the meals. A charge is made per meal and is billed either semesterly or yearly.
After School Electives
There are regular and varied activities from Monday to Friday. These are taken by teachers and parents. For full details see Activities and Electives.
Assemblies
These are held for the different areas of the school. Elementary assemblies generally take place every two weeks on a Friday morning. At different times of the year, the ELC also joins with the Elementary School and even put on their own presentations. Parents are most welcome to come along and enjoy seeing the children on stage. Middle and High Schools have short assemblies on a Tuesday morning.
Newsletters
In order to ensure full communication between the school and home, a weekly Newsletter is sent out by email and published on this website, giving details of all that is happening at the school and a diary of future events.
Parents Support Group - PSG
The Parents Support Group is a very important part of the life of the school. The organisation puts together a wide variety of social activities for both parents and children while at the same time raising money for additional items around the school. See Parents Support Group for further details.
