Lunar New Year Celebrations

This afternoon, Mr Johnson, Mr Wilson and Ms Lee put on a tremendous Lunar New Year Assembly for the Middle and High School. It was an Assembly with a twist as you can see from the photos below. It was a mixture of tradition and modern day technology. The students were divided into teams and using their mobile phones played a ‘game’ of Kahoot! If you are not sure what that means or exactly what that programme entails – look HERE! The game was great fun as teams battled against each other answering Lunar New Year questions!

University Guidance Programme for Grade 10 and 11 @ BIFS

The College Counselling Department at BIFS is working very hard to provide a supportive and informative College/University guidance programme for students in both grades 10 and 11. That being said, students from any grade can visit the guidance centre if they would like to discuss University/College entrance requirements. The centre is also open for visits from parents should they wish to discuss College/University applications, entrance requirements etc.  Please find the link HERE for the Grade 10 Guidance programme and HERE for the Grade 11 Guidance programme.

The Olympics at BIFS continue

Happy Lunar New Year

Please enjoy this time with your families and friends. If you are able, visit relatives and celebrate the Lunar New Year – enjoy the wonderful food and spending time together. For the Korean members of our community, it is a very significant time to spend with your family – again, enjoy.
