Strategic Planning

The ISB Board of Governors reviewed and unanimously approved ISB’s Strategic Plan in March 2025. This community-informed plan provides a structured path forward, reflecting priorities identified by students, parents, staff, faculty, and Board members.

The plan outlines a clear direction for ISB’s future, shaped by the shared values and aspirations of our community. It sets a purposeful course for the years ahead, grounded in collaboration and aligned with ISB’s mission. Ultimately, it reflects our collective vision for the future of ISB and our continued commitment to delivering an outstanding international education.

The Strategic Plan guides ISB’s continued development in six key areas:

• Advancing ISB’s identity, impact, and engagement

• Strengthening governance, leadership, and financial sustainability

• Enhancing learning and teaching for a future-ready education

• Fostering inclusion, well-being, and a strong sense of belonging

• Building a culture of purposeful feedback and professional growth

• Enhancing learning spaces, with an emphasis on innovation, well-being, sustainability, and technology​.

Each initiative is rooted in our mission to inspire global citizens - young people who are principled, open-minded, and equipped to shape a better, more sustainable world.
